Soft Roof Cleaning
Those roof stains are green and black algae that have developed in shady areas where water is collected on the roof. It is not always necessary to replace the affected roof shingles especially if there is no damage present. PSI Pressure Washing and Exterior Cleaning provide no pressure roof cleaning that removes and cleans these stains without damaging the roof.
Customers often wonder how we clean these ugly stains off the roof. We do not use any pressure. Our soft wash system allows us to gently spray our solution onto the roof. It’s less pressure than a garden hose! The solution instantly starts killing the algae and lichen. After a dwell time of about 30 minutes, the solution can be rinsed away. Roof cleanings usually last 3-5 years, depending on the location of the home.
